to purchase tickets again to avoid double booking. Or you can call

all cinemas have robust ticketing systems that can support frequent
requests from Internet users. We are working closely to extend CityLine
Internet booking convenience to other popular cinema chains as they
improve their systems.

can't I book seats in different rows at the same time? |

Unfortunately
the system can only allocate us consecutive seats in a single transaction.
But since you can select your exact seats booking another set nearby
is no problem...

does not share any ticket revenue from our cinema partners and the
service charge covers only some of the costs of our systems and development

function for you to change every details you've registered with us

responsible for any mistakes made by our customers during the transaction
process.

once you click 'CONFIRM', your transaction cannot be aborted. When
bank approval is obtained, your credit card will be charged. All tickets

What should I do with my tickets if a typhoon 8, 9, 10 or blackrain
storm signal is hoisted? |

All
cinemas remain open during typhoons and blackrain storms. But
if you purchased tickets before hoisting of a typhoon 8, 9, 10 or
blackrain storm signal and can't make it to your show, UA Cinemas have a special arrangement, you can go to the respective cinema directly to exchange the raincheck voucher within
2 days after the typhoon date. The voucher is for a ticket to the same cinema and valid for 7 days.

you are required to show proof of identity to prove that you are over
18 at the entrance of UA cinemas if you've purchased category III
movie tickets through CityLine.
