Cityline is currently providing Ticketing Agency Services to any company who wants to utilize Cityline’s extensive sales channels to sell tickets. Venue operator can also make use of this service to outsource the event set up function and ticketing platform to Cityline. The following is an overview about our Ticketing Agency Services:

1. Event Setup

Based on event information provided by the presenter, Cityline will perform event setup on the ticketing system.

2. Sales Channels

Event tickets will be sold at all Cityline sales channels.

3. Issue of Complimentary / Consignment Tickets

Pursuant to event presenter’s request, Cityline will issue complimentary / consignment tickets of an event for the presenter’s distribution.

4. Ticket Fulfillment

For Internet and telephone booking orders, Cityline will base on customer’s choice, print and deliver tickets to customers. In addition, customers can choose to collect the tickets by presenting the credit card (the one used for the transaction) at any one of the Cityline Ticketing Outlets (i.e. Parsons Music branches).

5. Reports

Sales and accounting reports will be provided.

7. Publicity

Cityline sends e-Newsletter to registered members regularly to promote coming events and events that are on sale. Event presenter can provide event promotional brochures to Cityline for placing at Cityline outlets.

8. Electronic Direct Marketing (EDM) (Optional with additional charge)

Upon presenter’s request, Cityline can send EDM to registered members to promote a presenter’s event. This is an optional service with additional charge.

9. Temporary Ticketing Counter at Venue (Optional with additional charge)

Upon presenter’s request and with agreement from venue, Cityline can set up temporary ticketing counter at venue to support ticket sale using credit card on the performance days.
